Ghost problem.

Hello.

I have an axe dwarf ghost that is now rampaging in my fortress. He has already killed one dwarf and injured a few others as well as wreaked the dining room, now everyone is pissed off.

Not normally that big of a problem except for the fact that this dwarf cannot be buried or memorialized. He came onto the map as part of a goblin siege force and died at the hands of my marksdwarfs (in a one sided firing squad kinda way for target practice). As such I cant bury him or memorialize him so he just kills everything (cant blame him honestly).

Can DwarfHack program fix this? If so how? I cant continue this fortress at this point.

I thought you could make memorials for hostiles?

hmm.  You may have to retrieve the body, despite the problems.

I found the clear ghostly command.

Since this guy does not have a body on the map I wonder if he left the map and died of his wounds or something. That would be an interesting element.

*edit*

Turns out it is a ghost from invaders, its a bug.

From the change list yesterday.

Made invaders not come back as ghosts

 Slightly off-topic, but do necromancer's re-killed anonymous dwarf corpses still get buried automatically and clog up your graveyards? I had this misfortune of unleashing 20 legendary axe and sword dwarves on my first zombie siege, and the rest of my fort was hauling enemy dwarf bits to the catacombs for over a year.
