((As a general rule of thumb, Jazz doesn't see anything over layed on the screen, such as the thing in the .gif. If it's an exception, Jazz will almost certainly make note of it.))

Jazz climbs the ladder, and opens the hatch. A small shower of water descends from it. The room inside is quite dark, and seems to be very, very old. The walls are made of what apears to be iron, a good portion of which is covered in rust. There's a hatch in the ceiling that's slowly dripping water, which is now coating the ground in a layer of water a good few inches thick. There's a very old and seemingly makeshift ladder leading up to the hatch.
There is what appears to be a fuse box on the wall, with a broken wire running to it.
