Ok... So I assume this is a modding mishap but for some reason in fortress mode only it lacks to tell me what collor my dwarves hair is... iv separated all hair and skin collors into castes, which i have labled "BLONDE_PINK" or "BLACK_BROWN" and ect ect, is there some way I can view the castes of the dwarves living in my fortress? .... I am just so upset by this, i need to be able to imagine my dwarves appearances and now I cant! this is so frustrating, I have no idea why it would lack the hair in description but its the same every time! If I could only view the caste somehow! and I really really really do not want to delete this world and start over yet again!

You don't have to post the entire file, just the creature that you are having problems with.

It could help to give your castes different descriptions or caste-names. That way you could know what caste they are much more easily.

The whole column is lacking the [ which would make everything from there and onwards defunct, including your skin colors

but... i copy and pasted it from the dwarf standard creature text file... unless thats a problem with the base setting.

also Skin color is not whats having a problem, it displays skin just fine, it wont tell me the hair collor but only in dwarf fortress mode not adventure mode.

Yeah, nothing appears in it... i dont know how that could happen i just copy and pasted all this from the base creature and then added hair and skin color for every combination...

I think he made hair peach as its owner ages as opposed to greying, or at least tried achieving that. If you're going 'what' at it, I trust it's nonfunctional.

I'm mainly asking why "PEACH" got inserted into the middle of that token for no apparent reason - if you want hair to change color over time, that's not how you do it...

...it's true, since that seems to be originally copied from the part that makes hair grow over time anyway. And it technically says 1PEACH together...
