Centuries ago, the Skywhale fleet were among the greates forces of the Shofmen. Monstrous construction of flesh, steel, and other materials, they slaughtered entire battalions of the Nelain Army. In one of the last battles of the war, this particular skywhale proved decisive in shattering the walls of Relo. But an ancient spell embedded in these walls scattered the skywhale, sending bits of flying all over the now wild region known as the Skor. This section landed in between two fingers of the Stonehand, near the Alash River, making it the ideal location for a fortress. When settlers started moving in to this portion of the Skor, a palisade was built around it and people added wooden and stone extension to it. You are the recently appointed Commandant of this fort.
