From what I've seen, this looks really good. I'll probably read through it later when I can get the pages to load properly.
keep it up!

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Looks at first page:

  :-\  Its arty and symbolic.

Looks at second:

 :o  They're dragging the man's carriage.

I like it thus far.

Similar! I like the down to earth style of the art in particular. No one is really "pretty" and everyone looks pretty ugly, but this establishes character pretty well. I also like how it doesn't start out with a nation spanning epic quest, it's just a bunch of peasants trying to rob a carriage and failing horribly at it apart from two guys who are just smart enough to get out alive. Watching with interest.

This is great. Watching.

I liked how there are strange things that are just taken in stride and not explained, like when the guard pulled the tiny person from the bag and ate his head.

I will definitely follow this. The dialogue is awesome, I think.

Reminds me of the Rankin-Bass hobbit movie (smooth, solid colors and many many lines.)

Ah cool, I totally forgot about that movie. Have to watch it again sometime. Apparently the people who did the animation later became studio ghibli (who I love dearly).
Say what?! Oh wow, I thought it was some western studio that did that.

As it happens, I did a research paper on Studio Ghibli.

The studio was Topcraft. Miyazaki joined them and wound up directing Nausicaa there. When they went bankrupt, he and his friends bought them and turned it into Studio Ghibli.
