Holy crap they are hella OP. Its like hitting someone with a tiny hammer at the speed of sound with their microscopic contact area and high velocity. Did Toady really intend for this? Even with dabbling skill in lasher you destroy everything easily. What is a more balanced blunt object thats good, mace war hammer?

Also are any misc items as weapons worth using like scepters, meat carvers, helmets, shoes etc? Which one is the best? I would like to wear a crown and bash skulls with a scepter. Could these be made in different items than bone?

Yes whips are op, no thats not new... no its probably not intended.

Weapon wise i prefer Mace over a Hammer if i have to choose a blunt weapon, but thats just my style. Ignoring all those calculations people do to try to figure out whats the best god weapon.

heh I'll have to try that. I imagine the contact area for arrows is the same as a whip 10 or 1. Wonder what the speed and penetration value is

The thing that makes them really good is that they almost always make your enemies give into pain on the first hit.
