Who is the faction below mountain tribes and adjacent to the Starks? For the life of me I can't remember the name.

Deepwood Motte, controlled by the Glovers.

Noel, Swordsmith, Patrick and A1S. I've made your turn changes, so you can't change at this point.
I'm not changing my orders exactly, just adding one bank transfer- I'd like to give Salsa my last gold piece.

Bolster defenses
a) Which ones? (you can improve defenses on 279 or 288)
b) Please don't. troops will get you the same effect for 1 less gold. And they're mobile.
c) Aren't you forgetting to do something?

Hes becoming vassal to A1 and replacing the order to bolster defenses with the one to raise an army instead.

Turn 3

Locked turns
Azkanan
Varee

Fort Overhaul
- You can now reduce the defences at any fort. This will reduce their cost per turn in upkeep to the level you have chosen.
- Reducing defences can be set to any level in a single turn.
- However, increasing defences will take one point per turn. (Please, when posting, don't say... increase defences from 1 to 5. Post it each turn so I don't miss it).
- Buying defences will increase the max defence, but not the current defence.

Combat Tweak
- Each side has a chance to lose men in combat, regardless of the winner in each turn.
- If the defence winds up with 0 men, the men he might lose each turn will be how much defence he loses each turn instead.
- Upon destroying a fortress's defences, you will still need to siege it.
- However, attacking a territory with no men will not result in battle and will go straight to siege.

New Sheet Stuff
"Defence" and "Max Defence" in the territories - pretty self-explanatory.

Caveats[/u]
Vassals can be offered incorporation into your realm - making them completely yours as if you'd militarily conquered them.
They're most like to accept this when there's little chance of their territory being lost to an enemy in the future.
Security and safety will make them more pliable to your offer.

- Reduce defences in 143 by 2.
- Reduce defences in 136 by 1.

- Move one ship from 142 to J.
- Board two units from 142 to J.

- Request MDP with 150 and 161.
- Guarantee not to attack Belmore for 50 turns.
- Request NAP with House Belmore and 114.

Not a single faction out of about 30 houses supplied anything at all to the watch lol? Wow they're short sighted.
