Quote
Combat
* Combat strength is primarily based on numbers.
- Crossing rivers is -1 to attack strength. (Note: Some territories hold both sides of a river. They will show a crossing marker, which means they get the benefit).
- Crossing Forests is -1 to attack strength.
- Crossing Mountains is -3 to attack strength.
- Simultaneous attacking (Flanking) from different territories will increase attack by +1 per extra territory attacking.
- There will also be a random factor of 1d4.
* An army has to win a siege to occupy a territory, by staying in a territory for the amount of turns equal to the territory's defence level.

Turn 1

How To Access Data
1. Download the spreadsheet I've put together here (Right Click>Save As).
2. You'll find your own data as a new tab at the bottom of the sheet, with Your Name On It.
3. The first tab, "Full Data", shows all territories.

How To Read The Map
1. Yellow Dots are the Economy of the territory.
2. Red Dots are the Defence of the territory.
3. Big Brown Dots are "Mountain Markers", meaning the territory has the mountain bonus.
4. Big Green Dots are "Forest Markers", meaning the territory has the forest bonus.
5. Blue veins are rivers. These cannot be crossed except at Red Lines that cross them.
6. Coloured Diamonds are units. One Diamond is one unit (100 soldiers).
7. Coloured Ship-like items are ships. On the shore, they are docked and do not cost upkeep. When at sea, they do.

Caveats
All players have a base "+2 Gold/turn".
Re-read the rules in the OP to make sure you're up to date. Ask about anything else.

Send spies to 144 and 141.

Ships have combat strength, yes, the same system as land combat... except for terrain and defence bonuses obviously.

As for the Night's Watch... you're right. I was trying to balance it and obviously came up with the wrong choice here... If one of those territories is taken by an enemy, they're suddenly very rich. I'll edit the "Special Places" of the Wall so that the wall forts take a discount on defence upkeep, instead.

Patrick, play on. You'll still have the same gold as currently displayed for you, you'll just have less economy markers on the territories next turn... Blame Varee  :P

9.
You'll have +1 gold/turn, after unit expenses too.
The economy will be split across your land territories south of the wall, with 236/233 carrying most of the weight (As have all the King's Road territories).

Uhm, I dont have Microsoft office on my computers

Try OpenOffice... It's a free version. Or there are online viewers where you upload it and it loads it up for you. Google for "Excel Sheet viewer" or some such.

Yes. However, their defence will only be as effective as the gold put into each wall section. If it's one gold per section, then each section is only defended by one defence point. Alternatively, you can set their defence effectiveness to zero and focus them all into one section.

Whilst you can drop the defence by as much as you like in one turn, it will take one turn per defence point to defend.

So, because of this tweak, choose where you want your defence points focused along the wall. Does that sound alright?

Note: This is an option only allowed for The Wall.

Huh? I'm confused as to how that works. Does the wall fall down or something in sections I don't put enough money into?

According to the map, Territory 41 has 1 defense, but according to the spreadsheet, it has none. Which is correct?
Can units be used on the same turn they are trained?
