There was a tower in the way--the tremors of the land and the cries of at least three others were distracting enough for Jora. She called out from between the trees.

"Is everyone alright? Jasmine?"

The presence of a minor quake was a very big concern for her--in the mountains, this was akin to a legend of creatures that created them.

[Sirus]

: "Yeah, I'm fine. But the new girl isn't, and since when have you known Adaeran to carry any medicine?"

: "HENRIGG! Get your butt down here and bring potions! I don't have much left and we've got wounded!"

Move to 12-Z, use red potion on Ahvaris.

[Tiruin]

: "Yeah, I'm fine. But the new girl isn't, and since when have you known Adaeran to carry any medicine?"

"Ah...good. I'm not fine. A-ahhgh. Didn't expect that."

Jora realized at that instant that the weaponry of what she presumed were the Hylians (as a general people along this part of the world) was quite exotic. Remembering the axe Lidia carried earlier before the carriage ride, she was astounded as the axe itself flew through thicket and bramble to strike her quite clean along the side...causing her to shift into hiding in the forest, to stifle the bleeding.

With enough momentum to return back.

That was one thing they never did back at home. And knowing this, she spoke in the language of the mercenaries.

"<Take care of the bandits, Jasmine! Leave Henrigg to get down here with a potion of his own! Only two are nearby and I believe whoever is on the other side of this tower is quite a-ways from us!> Soldier, they need you on the other tower!"

Order the soldier at Z-16 to act towards the East!

As Ahvaris and Jora bleed, Bata rides up to a stable inside Kakariko, finding a girl inside.  Shahla forces a dose of red potion down Ahvaris' throat, bringing her barely back to her feet.

She looks around the field and notices how badly things are going.

: "Umm... where'd ya wanna go next?"

: Miss, you need to leave, now! The bandits have come down from the mountains! My friends are doing their best to hold them back, but they won't be able to hold them all at once.

The girl looks up from the pile of hay where she'd collapsed the day before, too exhausted from clinging to the horse's neck to even try finding herself food when it arrived in the stable of its own accord.  Both she and the animal stare at the new arrival with blank, confused eyes.

: B-bandits?  Leave?

She hesitates, glancing worriedly at the horse.  She had a feeling it wouldn't let her leave it behind now.  It hadn't the last few times she tried.

All she could do was put it off as long as possible.

: Um.  T-thanks for the warning, but I think I'll just wait here.  You and the guards should be able to fight them off, so...

She squeaks in a mix of surprise and fright as the beast clamps down solemnly upon her neckline, lifting her from the ground while she flails in a panic.


: No!  No!  Put me down, put me down, put me dowwwwwwwwwwn!

It settles her on its back, where she clings to its neck and sobs, knowing what would come next.

: Please, don't...

It bolts past the woman at the door with surprising speed, a wail of terror and anguish coming from the girl as it galloped under its own command.

[Parsely]

: Hey! Hold on a mi- Wait just a se- Would you slow down?!

Bata gallops over to C10.

[Tiruin]

Ow...where did I place my flask belt...I'm going to bleed out if I don't find that soon.

Jora pressed her head to the ground and listened for any footsteps. Quite much hazy by the foliage nearby, she noted the lack of axes landing in her nearby location. Where were the Mountain Men? As far as her knowledge went, they were not one for sparing a kill.

"Jasmine? Hen-...rick? What's happening?"

[Swordstar]

"... Help the others. As much as I dislike letting the enemy regroup, we need time too. And those Gorons will not wait."

The horse moves to G-13, ignoring Kaylin's pleas to stop moving or to at least not head in the direction of the fighting.

[Sirus]

: "Hey Miss Dark Magic, you mind getting Jora back on her feet? You're wounded almost as badly as she is while I'm intact, so it makes sense that I concentrate on obliterating these dastards."

[The Fool]

Ahvaris tried to fight back a harsh cough as she finished choking back her medicine, taking a hasty look around.

: "Wha- Yes, of course. Just cover us for a moment and I'll get her back on her feet."

Move to b9 and use a vulnerary on Jora!
