Shahla shrugged as she walked up to the rest of the group. Stretching slightly, she grinned.

"It is nice to return to Hyrule once more. Although the presence of pirates is worrying. It was a good fight in the end."

[Parsely]

Bata rides up, she has already unstrung her bow and tucked it into it's hip sheath right next to her quiver. She was busy collecting her own arrows and taking a few from the dead archers. When she hears about the lack of payment from the others, who already heard from Adaeran, the smile disappears from her face. She snaps the pair of arrows she was holding in one hand.

: Rrrrggh! All that work!! Another town saved, another grateful pack of dumpy country morons, and not a single rupee to show for it?!!

She takes her head in her hands and screams.

: I don't believe thi-i-i-i-i-i-is!!!

She rages for a bit until it comes time for the coach ride, then she just sits in the middle with her feet on the bench and her arms around her legs.

It'd be better if we didn't give 'em all our pirate plunder but that was fun.

It's okay Batty... we can get treasure next time! These goons weren't but a bunch of barnacles.

And I got an axey thing!

Lidia holds the Hatchet up in the air over her head.

[Sirus]

: "You know, I've never been to Hyrule before. Always wanted to go though. Hopefully there won't be more pirate encounters."
The mage moved over to her considerable pile of luggage that Zoda's crew had dropped off, and began rummaging through it.

: "I swear, if those salty dogs broke even a single bottle there'll be hell to pay..."

[Parsely]

Bata holds her chin in one hand.

: We'd better be swimming in orange rupees by the end of this..

She looks at the Kokiri.

: Nice axe-ish thing. How are you even strong enough to hold that up? That's pretty amazing actually! I never thought about that.

[Glowcat]

Lidia rolls up her massive sleeve and flexes her scrawny axe arm.

Yar! It's a pirate's strength, that comes from a life of the sea.

She seems to actually believe this, with a stupid self assured grin on her face, despite only being on a ship for less than half a year.

[Sirus]

Jasmine looked up from her rummaging.

: "Hmm. Actually, that hatchet's probably a perfect size for you. I mean, did you see the size of the axes the pirates used? Clearly made for the brawnier sort of person. Some of them were almost as tall as you, Lidia."
: "Oh fer--Din's blazes, someone nicked my gold dust. I knew that dockworker back at port looked suspicious." Her voice trailed off into furious mutters.

[Glowcat]

I'm no-...It isn't that small...

[Sirus]

: "What? Kokiri are shorter than humans or hylians. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Besides, you wouldn't want these pirate axes anyway. Low quality iron, terrible craftsmanship. Your stuff is much better."

[Glowcat]

Y..yeah! I'm tall for a Kokiri!.. and my axes are much better metal-stuff made than theirs!

..but I wonder if I can find something bigger.

She wanders off to the store with heavy matters on her mind.

[Tiruin]

Jora walked back over to the rest and took a nice whiff of fresh, sea air, before looking about and checking for Lidia.

"Where'd our only ship-wise pirate go? I thought I heard her cheery voice here earlier. Also that was some nice fireworks there Jasmine!"

[Sirus]

: "You mean Lidia? I think she went to the store. Probably not a bad idea, all things considered; we'll need supplies."

: "And if you liked those fireworks, just wait until I get my hands on some powdered bomb flower extract. Oh my yes." She rubbed her hands together in anticipation, staring off into the distance with a strange twinkle in her eyes. With an effort, Jasmine returned her attention to the present.

: "You did pretty good out there yourself. In fact, it looks like everyone survived, which is nice. This outfit has gone through so many mercenaries it's hard to keep track of everyone's names sometimes."

[Swordstar]

"Oh, and horse girl, I wouldn't say we got out of that with nothing."

She grinned and bounced the purse she'd filled with enemy rupee's up and down in her hand.

[Parsely]

: Don't call me that, my name is Bata! And where the heck did you get those I thought those pirates were broke asses? Isn't that why they pillage broke ass towns and we slaughtered their moneyless butts?

Bata leans close and jabs her with her elbow.

: You filched the captain's purse, didn't ya? Very expedient, I didn't know you had it in you, though I will admit you Sheikah always did make me feel ill at ease.

Bata gestures around her face.

: The mask and whatnot. To put it as delicately as possible, it makes you look like a thief. And you are, if I'm doing the math correctly.

She crosses her arms.

: Tell me, what are Shadow Folk doing joining a petty band of mercenaries?

[Swordstar]

"I didn't take the captain's purse. I took these off of those I attacked. I would appreciate it if you refrained from calling me a thief, since I take as much offense to that as you apparently take to being called horse girl. As for what I'm doing as a part of this group, I fail to see how that's any of your business."
