In this game, you are going to be raising a kid.  Not everyone raising one kid, but each player raising their own.  The standard stat gain is 1 each year, but your actions will modify the gains.  The length of each year is variable depending upon the age of the kid.  1-3 years, each year will have 1 stat modifying action.  4-6 will have 2.   7-9 will have 3.  10-12 will have 4.  13-15 will have 5.  Basic knowledge of how to function in society (reading, writing, etc) will be automatically learned, so actions don't need to be used up unnecessarily.  I should note that some actions are restricted until a certain point (ex. You have to wait til your kid is out of Kindergarten before you can send them against gangs (if you so desire), and you  have to have at least a 6 in intelligence before you can have them read War and Peace and get a gain from it.)  The setting will start with early 1990's technology with late 1970's weapons.  All other details and progression may wind up being affected by player sign-up sheets and sometimes, actions.

Between 6 and 8 players will be accepted.  This is not first come, first served.

Some humans against elven freedom attacked them, but he fled with his child.

He realized what he was doing was wrong when he killed a whole hospital of humans, only to discover a giant baby was under their care. Filled with guilt and anger of his actions and their lies, and knowing her fate if they found her, he took the newborn giant, called her his own, and fled, hoping to raise her as the opposite of what he is, and hoping to redeem his actions with his fathering.

He doesn't remember any thing of the whole ordeal however.
Now he lives on the surface, trying to scrape off a meager living as a smith in an unknown land.
Along the way to the surface, he somehow picked up an orphaned young female Kobold and is now teaching her the ways of Dwarven smithing.
He's a drunkard and somewhat insane, however he regards his newly found apprentice as his own child.
