Crow blood, bulls blood, you name it, you'll probably see a merchant selling it. Don't ask me why, or what you're meant to use it for, but you can buy it

Mod in a use for it.  Anything balanced that you see fit.

The masterwork mod uses it in its religious building chain, sacrifice blood to Armok for random rewards.  It's also used in making bloodsteel, and bloodwine in that mod.

Lots of possibilities.  Even greater possibilities once dfhack is updated for the new version.

It would be neat if blood barrels could be used to sate vampires and delay them draining your legendary armorsmiths for a while, but alas, such use has not been implemented yet.

Get a band together and use the blood as part of the stage show. It'll be metal as fuck when you also have your army in there rocking out. Hell, use the remains of your prisoners while at it to really add to the atmosphere.
