DA RULES
1. Each player begins with five blank white cards, they may create five cards when they begin the game.
2. Each turn you may draw a card a fresh blank white card, create a card from a blank card, and play a card.
3. Each player takes one turn a round.
4. A round ends when all players have taken their turn.
5. Provisional win conditions to the game can be created with new rules; non-provisional win conditions can't be created.
6. If a player provisionally wins and everyone else in the game takes a turn afterwards and that player is still provisionally winning, then they win the game.
7. Each turn you may create a card and play a card.
8. Whatever a card says becomes a rule.
9. All card rules remain active indefinitely unless they say otherwise.
10. The rules on a card have to be clear and specific and not require any one player's interpretation otherwise they can be ignored.
11. The card creation rules must be followed for a card to be valid.
12. Cards may not mention individual players, to avoid replicating "The Tawarochir Incident" in which I went along and made a bunch of cards that stole everybody elses' cards and gave them to me. Tee hee.
13. If you post a sufficient number of "trollish" cards that try to get around the rules (i.e. making cards have no effect under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES), the BANHAMMER will hit you like a brick wall made of hammers and you'll get booted. This includes cards that try to get around the rules of other cards (this card does blah blah blah even if another card says you can't) and cards that try to stop everybody else from having fun (the person who plays this card provisionally wins under all circumstances and this cannot be undone by any means whatsoever even if another card says it negates the effect of this card), and cards that try to change the person who played a card (the person who played this card picks another card. They count as the player of the new card for all intents and purposes).
14. These 14 rules cannot be superseded by later rules.

Minor but mandatory rule: If you make image cards, you have to either post them to an image-hosting site other than imgur, photobucket, or tinypic (so that the GM can see the card) OR post a transcript of the card underneath it (so that the GM can read it). The first option is preferable to the second.

Example card

(All players other than the player of this card lose a card and have to refer to the player of the card as "Lord" or "Lady" "Urist" for the rest of the game or lose another card.)
All cards must have a picture and description.
