"The damned things are stealing our game, too," Rurda says with a nod.
"Ye', those things need to go," another man adds.

"So they are also stealing deer? Well me and my new companion here," She gestures to Anderson "Are afraid we cannot work for cheap. After all the task is far too steep, to risk our lives for meager gains, it is not as though we're fighting grains. No a hundred each is far too low. We could work with one fifty though."

Ronnoc overhears the aforementioned conversation and walks over.

"Yer need some goblins killed, then, eh, mate? I'm yer man. I'll 'ave at 'im wiv this lot."

He warily eyes the other two.

"Nice... ter meet yer. Name's Ronnoc."

((Note that Ronnoc is intended to speak with some sort of ridiculous Scottish-esque accent. Bahaha.))

Bored by the lack of a show, Jadel drunkenly stumbles into the conversation. "Wasthis bout goblins?"

Aland hears the exchange and immediately approaches the group, the performance forgotten. "I offer you my assistance in this endeavor. Aland Vartis at your service."

Izalith frowns but nods "I will accept this meager sum, although the prospect leaves me glum. As for you two or three, my name is Izalith you see. As for what the goblins mean, this man will pay us in golden sheen, to rid the world of them with force. Then he will pay all of us, of course. Although the original leader here, has said not a word of whether we're, to be a team of two or no, and now there's you I suppose so, that I am not the one to see, of getting hired. That is he." the last portion she says while pointing to Rurda.

Faile sat in a corner drinking a heavily watered down ale. She liked the taste but with her small mass, she rarely drank and when she did, only small amounts. Her sharp ears picked up on most  voices, clinks of glasses, and smacks of ass that were occurring in the common room; she honed in on a group not far from her that quickly increased in size at the mention of goblins. Her curiosity peaked and not one to turn away from the chance to earn some coin she waited to see how the new comers would be treated by Rurda and the man who first approached him. This man in a trench coat reminded her of someone, or something…she didn't want to rush in to join before seeing his reaction first. If they accepted the dwarf's companionship they just might also accept a half-avian.

Anderson smiled at the newcomers. It was not a warm or welcoming smile.
"If I had wanted help I would have asked for it. Besides, I already have a plan to get rid of these goblins. Bringing in more people would ruin it." He returned his attention to Rurda.
"Have the gold ready for when I come back. Which way is the camp?"

Izalith sighs "I will not help you, not for free. You'll have to fight them without me. I will not beg to help you friend. Please enjoy your grisly end."

Jadel hears this and seems to reconsider. "Grizzly end, eh? I'm not ready for any sort of end..."

((*Shrug* Since the PCs are uninterested and the NPCs apparently have no feedback...))
Take 10 on Perform (Act) (+6 modifier), with whatever a +1 Sleight of Hand modifier and a +5 Handle Animal modifier with a raven, a lizard and a weasel (up his sleeve) can add to that.

Anderson heads north and sneaks towards the goblin camp, making sure to keep himself hidden. He wants to know how many there are and how well they are equipped.
