Mining designation option / alternative

When designating areas for 'mining' ('d' -> 'd') I would suggest having an option, or alternative letter, for
"mine and include ceiling if not solid above"

You can dig an upward ramp, it'll do the same thing once you clear the ramps on the edges out.  It doesn't discriminate based on what's above though.
