Selina looks around for the shattered glass, very confused by the sudden actions and trying to make sense of what happened. She also looks at the Clone and frowns.

"I-its not nice to push." She says in a somewhat firm voice, a little confused but trying to be teaching in a way?

"Nas-pshh," says the Clone, then laughs again. You look around and notice that a glass vase with some orchids in it appears to have been shattered about a foot to the left of you. Your mother rushes up and checks if you're alright, which you do seem to be, fortunately.

Dragging himself up from the floor steven makes his way home after stuffing his mask back into his jacket.

Hurts to get up, hurts a little less to walk. Keeping yourself to a labored stumble, you manage to get home by the skin of your teeth, and pass out on your couch when you sit down for a little rest. You dream of pain in many exquisite forms, and return to a reality of refreshingly different forms of pain you could describe as alternating agony and unadulterated suffering. You try to think straight for a moment, but it's a bit difficult. Doesn't feel like anything's broken, but you still don't think strenuous activity's likely to be in the cards today.

Alex would text Kibbel: There anybody around the stadium that will actually work with me?

Kibbel replies within the space of a minute. The reply goes something like "yep. look for biellin. tall dark gruesome. one of ours. tell him your business."

"I-its okay mom, she didn't hurt me... just startled." Selina couldn't help shivering slightly at the laughing, a little unnerved by it.

"...I h-hope we can t-t-teach her to be nicer." She says slowly, gulping a bit at the laugh still.

"I... hope so too," your mother says, giving the clone a suspicious look.

The rest of the morning preparation proves uneventful, although you might feel a little uneasy about going to the police station, especially since you have a physically identical copy of you in tow. Especially since she now seems a little more excited than previously, continuously fidgeting in the car, trying to roll to and fro but prevented by the seatbelt. Your dad seems very stressed by all this, even more so than your mother.

Alex would look for biellin so he could explain the situation to them.

It takes you some time to pick out the exact tall, dark and gruesome individual you require before you realize that it's probably the guy in the PRT uniform. You walk up to him confidently, seeing how he doesn't look like he's doing anything in particular, and ask him to help you out with ascertaining what's happening around here. The guy looks at you slowly, taking a long drag off his cigarette, and proceeds to slowly and deliberately tell you that there's nothing to be had around here - his guys already picked the place clean of living, hardly injured witnesses and any data that could be had off the cameras - there wasn't much of either to be found, and most of the critically injured ones have been wheeled off to nearby hospitals. Right now there's just a slight bit of cleanup left to perform, but the emergency services have got that handled. More than that, he doesn't appear to know, including what it was the witnesses might have had to say.

Alex would ask Kibbel through text if it was okay for an "innocent" PRT worker to own a weapon. He would put quotes around innocent.

Kibbel responds thus:

"weve got small arms. nothing too cool. better get yours from other places. dont you have a stash?"

Alex would head to his car. He would want to travel to an abandoned building, hoping that Kibbel was right and the place wasn't raided.

Taking the only available option steven attempts to sleep off his injuries.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

Alex would head to his car. He would want to travel to an abandoned building, hoping that Kibbel was right and the place wasn't raided.

And you do consider it possible that it could be raided, as that's an entirely logical fear when keeping your gun stash in a place that's likely to have as many as three to ten hobos living in it at any time. Fortunately, you haven't heard of any hobo gang wars happening in the past weeks, so you think it ought to be all right.

Indeed, this impression is confirmed once you check your stash location - there's still that assortment of pistols you got from a bunch of places, and that one SMG from China that looks really futuristic and that you think you heard the PRT were either going to buy up or at least rip off the design of. It's kind of like an FN P90, but about a step up in niftiness. Shoots real good, the seller told you. You haven't tried it yet, because it uses some sort of ammo that's got a caliber measured in some kind of moon units. You're told it's another term for 5.56 ammo, but a little shorter and wider, which doesn't help you all that much.

Taking the only available option steven attempts to sleep off his injuries.

Come now, that's not the only option. They've got para-Medicaid for aspiring supervillains in this day and age. Wouldn't want the cracked skull doing you in before you can get it cracked for ya against an Endbringer, right? It's a little awkward to arrange, naturally, but it's definitely an option. You could also buy shady supervillain Tinker medicine from friendly neighborhood vendors. Well, you wish you could. You might actually be able to, who knows. Other than para-Medicaid, you have no idea how these guys hold themselves together for very long, and even that's a little bit of a stretch. Like Glazzie. How does she pay off her hospital bills? She doesn't rob banks too often, just goes around and starts fights. A mystery to be sure.

Of course, there's other options as well, not all of them particularly wise ones, and two seem most pertinent - walking it off or sleeping it off. Or heck, you could try taking a lot of aspirin or whatever other painkiller you fancy and riding a hazy wave of less-painful delight until you start feeling better. Since you hurt all over and can't be bothered to check the medicine cabinet, you choose the latter and drift off into peaceful slumber, forgetting to worry about whether you have a concussion or not and if you're going to wake up afterward. You already woke up once, is how the train of logic goes - that's the last thing you remember, actually.

Once you wake up, your clock tells you it's midnight, and you feel like your state of being has improved to 'serviceable', which is, to be honest, about the most massive improvement you could hope for. It is now about as early Saturday as it gets. You feel kind of hungry. And thirsty, too!

Alex would take a picture of the gun with a frown from not being able to use it, before sending it to Kibbel and asking if he knew what kind of ammo the gun used.

Oh no, you do have the ammo. Like 5 magazines or something. It's just that it's denoted in moon units, as previously mentioned, and you don't know where to get more, so you've held off on actually shooting the thing much.

Anyway, you take a picture with your shitty phone camera and send one of those newfangled MMSes to Kibbel. His reply comes in the form of a name you've never heard of before and telling you it uses 5.7x28mm ammo - that is, if it is the same gun. The picture quality could definitely be much better.

Carrie hides by his car.  When he comes out and gets close, she attempts to either disarm him or break the arm that he would draw the gun with.

Using your power, I presume? It helps to state these things.
