"was that a yes to having your attention or that you have been told that before?"

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

He thinks for a moment, scratching his unkempt, fuzzy chin.

"Yes."

  • Superpowered individuals attempting to find satisfaction or be locally significant with their shitty powers that don't make sense.
  • To play, supply a guy or gal appropriate for the year 2006 in a world where superheroes and supervillains are a fixture.
  • You don't get to decide your powers, but you can describe the lead-up to a stressful event that would awaken them.
  • There's technically an OOC thread, but you can post OOC here if you want (enclose in double parentheses when you get a character, though).

UP or other possibly present players can either corroborate or deny these statements if they wish.

((Yep. I definitely have shitty powers that don't make sense.))
Frustrated, Alex would let the guy out. Alex would then practice manipulating the pocket universe, if he could do anything more than make it look like his old apartment.

You let the guy out, but find that you are also let out in the process, reappearing outside the stadium. Shit. You think someone noticed you showing up suddenly. Offhandedly, but someone noticed nonetheless.

Alex would go back into his pocket dimension, annoyed. This time, he would attempt to practice in it.

Rolling onto his back with a pained groan Steven looks to see if the teenager is still hanging around.

Selina thinks for a long moment, a tiny bit amused by how much like an infant the Clone actually was in the end. She decided to take her down stairs to the living room, carefully helping her down with the still clumsy and limited motor skills she seemed to have.

Alex would go back into his pocket dimension, annoyed. This time, he would attempt to practice in it.

You try to do so, and find that your power doesn't seem to work at all without another person to take with you. How utterly restrictive.

Rolling onto his back with a pained groan Steven looks to see if the teenager is still hanging around.

Nope, she seems to have just kept on running and not looking back.

Pigeonface, for that matter, also seems to have lost interest, and, after starting to sprint off, jumped off the ground and taken flight with those stupid wings of his.

Selina thinks for a long moment, a tiny bit amused by how much like an infant the Clone actually was in the end. She decided to take her down stairs to the living room, carefully helping her down with the still clumsy and limited motor skills she seemed to have.

As you take her out of your room, you notice that the Clone is a bit uneasier than usual, slightly stirring as you drag her out by the armpits from your room and gently down the stairs, taking her over to the living room, where a comfy couch awaits for you to put her on. You sit her up in it, and she deliberately slumps sideways, laying her head down on one of the armrests. She looks at you, eyes full of questions she doesn't seem able to state.

Alex would walk over towards the stadium, leaving his car. He would silently complain about his shitty powers. It wasn't even consistent. Why couldn't he enter it alone, when he could before?
