Jake decides he will go early, to loiter around near the stadium until more people show up. He'll try to find a place where he can get a good view of the stadium, looking for good exit routes. Hell, even if he had to jump out a high window, he would hopefully be protected as long as it was in his time window for his power.
To Freiberg Stadium you go, and rather early at that. It's about 7 PM when you arrive, some time before one would expect festivities to properly start.
At this moment, the police have cordoned off the area, and seem to be on watch for suspicious activity. There's also at least five people in a similar situation as you, mostly teenagers.
Kyle's eye twitches before he tries feeling the thing causing the pain.
That's it, when I die I'm going to punch whatever god I see in the dick. It probably won't hurt them but the satisfaction will make up for it.
As your fingers brush up against your back, for the fraction of a second you feel a bump near your shoulder blade before it sinks deeper in with the subtlest of squelches, sending a cold shiver through your body.
Reconfiguring how he has his gear stashed to reduce its profile Steven heads over to the stadium and begins investogating as much as he can without drawing attention.
Gun in your pants, mask in your pocket, other stuff spread around on your person. Check. Feeling detectivey, you head over to Freiberg Stadium, and arrive at about 7 PM, finding it to be blocked off by police in anticipation of shenanigans and having none of them. There's a few other people already around that you can tell are here for a similar purpose as you, but most of them look like shiftless layabouts.
Alex would stare around, carefully resting on the wall. "So, got any leads on this guy blowing things up? A name, an adress, or a face?"
He sighs.
"If I had any of those, what the fuck would I need you for? He's a guy. Blows shit up with powers. Ruined a pawn shop by the name of Tom's, killed a bunch of people at a construction site. Can hear him do his thing a mile away, apparently. That's all we've got, at least as far as trustworthy info goes."
Ever so slightly early, with her sensory powers as active as she can make them, she will check all directions including up and beneath the stadium. Wherever the villains are coming from, she should be able to see them.
You arrive at 7 PM, unfashionably early, and proceed to canvas the area with your powers, doing your best to surreptitiously scan everything. You get some info - about thirty police officers are currently keeping Freiberg Stadium secure, and about five other people are currently loitering outside, all of them shiftless layabouts. In the nearby buildings there's people going about their daily lives, watching TV, doing that sort of thing. Aside from that, though, there's... nothing untoward happening as far as you can tell, disappointingly.
