Don't give dwarves life goals until they're grown up.

While it's a funny quirk, i don't think babies should have life goals.
It's silly, even for a game with a reputation like Dwarf Fort's.

Let dwarves instead get their life goal then they grow up, based on who they looked up to as a child.
