Hm... I think I'd be compatible with Solifuge, SalmonGod, Tiruin, GlyphGryph, or Bauglir.

It's not fair; I'd love to hop into a Jäger and go out kicking some giant alien monster ass in my spare time, but there simply isn't anyone on the planet awesome enough for me to even consider as a co-pilot. *pout*
I'm not technically on the planet.

I don't think I'm drift compatible with anyone, and even if someone were compatible I'd be a terrible Jaeger pilot anyway. The most violent thing I've ever done is play Wii Sports Boxing :I

The trouble about having me as co-pilot is that the Jaeger would probably be in danger of self-destruction most of the time.

That's uncanny :)

Just noticed this thread and searched for my name.  Returned this post alone, containing everyone that sprung to my mind as well... except maybe Tiruin, only due to relative lack of direct forum interaction.

Hmm.... ok, after a few minutes more thought, I'd add MaximumZero, Frumple, and Descan.

Jäg-what? Oh, a robot piloted by two people? I assume it requires synchronised thoughts or something. Pilot them with identical twins.

I'd like a robot that can dig underground, like that scorpion transformer from the first movie.

Well kaijus come from the sea so that wouldn't be very useful but I guess it's good to be prepared for any unexpected changes rather then have to waste time responding to a new threat

You'd totes do it with- wait no that sounds wrong.

But yeah, probably smeding or something. Worst case, you could always substitute Skynet instead.

I've been reading the thread and noted that its really connected to Pacific Rim.
I don't know what drift means here! D: I'm thinking those swervy cars with hot, burn skidmarks!
Crud. I didn't watch that yet.

Well, Jäger means hunter in German (I've seen it's also spelt Jaeger. Possibly so people know how to pronounce it without the umlaut) and being about "Pacific Rim" I would assume it means the big robots in the movie.

Hah! You can keep your 'drift compatibility'. I'll have my single-pilot robots, thanks.

Questioning of how the three-armed robot works leads me to wonder why they couldn't get single-pilot bots to work.

Personally, I'd also go with single-pilots just cause I don't want to kill anyone else in the case I screw up.
The 3 pilot robot works because it doesn't require any specific amount of pilots it just can't be done with one because a single human can't handle it it litrely overloads there brain

The obvious exception being if you're a hydra or something like that, but then we're getting into semantics about what counts as a single person.
