Wears a pair of military Urban BDU's with an ARK security captain's insignia tacked onto both shoulders above an American flag and his military tags stitched into his left glove with his Ark tags stitched into the right glove.
Personal information: Harvey was a Captain in an marine MARSOC unit deployed to a foreign country to secure an experimental nerve agents before it could be mass produced and used as a weapon, his unit breached the secure facility and carried out the assignment securing the virus sample and data on it while executing every scientists from the project to ensure it could not be duplicated.
However the security proved to be significantly heavier then intel suggested and so accompanied by the government agents sent to oversee the operation Harvey headed for the evac chopper while his unit made a fighting retreat to ensure that the virus would reach it safely however upon arrival the agents demanded that they take off immediately abandoning his men to torture and death, after having witnessed his cowardice multiple times throughout the operation Harvey refused to accept his orders and the pilot having served with marines for most of his military career followed his lead until the agent put a gun to his head to attempt forcing him to flee only to be throw bodily from the chopper as Harvey shot him in the back.
The surviving members of his unit were evacuated and sticking to his story that enemy fire killed the agent superior officers could not prove Harveys involvement but the implications were enough to result in a dishonorable discharge from the military. Shortly after this he was approached by the Ark corporation and recruited to head one of it's facilities security detachments who's assigned objective was to defend the facility and ensure only those authorized we're allowed into the facility.
During the final days as those who had pods we're arriving large numbers of civilians attempted to storm the facility ending in a pitched battle with the security personnel before the Ark was locked down leaving several of the security personnel alive but trapped inside and a number of it's pods empty and so Harvey decided to place his personnel and himself into the remaining pods to wait out the crisis.
When he awoke he found his old scars gone and an extensive array of new scars all over his muscles as well as a strange technological iris implanted into both eyes causing them to glow a faint amber color and seemingly having no other effect.
