'Enviromental artist' isn't exactly the sort of thing you can throw out there the same way as 'Composer' or 'Lead designer' or 'Character modeller', and have people notice on their own as far as I know (which isn't very much). Mostly I think because what you did is in the background, probably forgotten about unless you're playing the game or you did really well at it.
If you're the Environmental Artist for, like, ICO, or Shadow of the Colossus, then that's a big deal.  Less impressive when it's The Sims - any iteration really.

Most definitely keeping an eye on this.

And you know what, even if it does turn out to be kinda wonky on release (and for something as ambitious as this, it's likely), a major plus for it is that it'll be moddable. So you know someone's going to mod in SS13-related content.

My first response was: "Oh, so I can play the AI from SS13, except the humans are actually bots."   :P

I don't like the sounds of:
Help, hinder or simply wreak havoc with the station’s hundred-strong crew.
PLUS
100 unique and complex characters, each with their own personalities and histories.

That implies that each crew member is fixed rather than random.  I prefer random, but eh.

All may not be lost, as the twitter page does emphasis procedural generation.  The above analysis, while logical, may be incorrect.

"100 unique and complex characters, each with their own personalities and histories"
May mean "100 characters, each with randomly generated personalities and histories", essentially random stats for personalities and random histories, hopefully something along the lines of Traveller's character creation system.
(To this day, I'm convinced the character creation system for Traveller is more interesting than the game itself, which is no insult to the game but rather a complement to the character creation system).

Definitely needs an option to customize your AI player-character so you can identify as female.

Can't my AI player-character identify as Futa?

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Pronouns are AI door/AI rogue/AI call shuttle.

AI doesn't need gender because AI itself is a perfect pronoun.
