Lyra uses her remaining move action to pull out a sling for bandaging.
Next "round" she rushes over to Elazor and Ryat. Glancing at both, she identifies Elazor as the most injured one, and drops to her knees beside her, attempting to stabilise her ((+8 heal, Take 10 on Heal check if possible)).
"Do you have any medical training or experience working with the injured? If so, heal the gnome. If not, tend the dwarf, hopefully the gnome will still be alive when I am finished with this one." She speaks to Freda, not turning her head to face her.

[Heal: 17] The hooded elf's wounds prove more easily healed than you had imagined. It would appear that the elf is more frail than most as the wounds wouldn't be enough to kill most people. Never-the-less you bandage the wounds enough to stop the bleeding. She should be fine after a while. Unfortunately you aren't as sure about the Dwarf or Gnome/plant.

Elazor lightly gasps as the colors on her mask flare blue again. She springs to a sitting position.

[Heal: 17] The gnomes injuries were far more severe than the elves. Nothing you tried was working! If anything it... Wait... He was a plant-gnome! Trying an odd remedy for an injured plant you found that his wounds stopped 'bleeding'. You also noticed that there was something strange about the leaves on his head. What though, you cannot tell.

[Heal: 14] The dwarf's wounds, however, may prove to be more than you can heal. You're fairly certain that you slowed the bleeding at first. However a second later the wounds start bleeding again.

Freda mills about awkwardly for a while, unsure of how to proceed. Eventually she skittishly steps forth and attempts to stabilize the dwarf.

The Dwarf won't be running around any time soon, but they also won't be bleeding out.
