"Are you serious right now."

The warlock sighs and shrugs, taking a few long strides into some brush before a coruscating beam of eldritch energy pulses away from a point in front of his outstretched palm, grinning madly.

Ulric steps around Tradok, draws an arrow, and fires at the larger elemental. The shot [19] strikes home, [-8] sending deep cracks through the thing's torso!

Krag follows suit, shouldering past Cernan and Slork as he rushes straight ahead, bringing his massive club down [19] in a powerful blow which [-20] sheers off an arm and a sizable portion of the elemental's body.

Burdened by his armor, Tradok lopes after Krag, not quite able to close far enough to hit anything.

Rather annoyed, Osoero advances, blasting away at one of the smaller elementals [6], but the beam of wicked power skims past, smashing into the boulder behind his target.

Cernan opts to wait for the tide to turn, preparing to invoke the power of Bahamut.

Ruvitsuvi appears content to keep sitting on his cart, idly firing off an icy beam at the medium elemental, but the spell peters out scarcely halfway to the target, arcane energy exhausted ((Range limit on Ray of Frost = 25' + 5'/2 levels)).

Moving around Krag's massive side, Slork readies his greataxe, bringing it down in a crushing blow, [13] glancing off the elemental's intact side and burying itself into the ground.

--

Barely able to move, the medium elemental nonetheless puts all of its weight behind a one-armed strike which [15] slightly dents Slork's armor, leaving him unharmed.

The first of the smaller elementals lumbers up beside the nearly-destroyed one, following up with its own attack on Slork [22], which [-9] hammers home to crushing effect!

Cernan, despite his preparation, isn't able to heal his companion from fifteen feet away ((You can ready a standard action or a move action, but in the case of the former can at best take a 5' step if you didn't move during your turn)).

The other two elementals slowly advance towards you.

Tradok runs at Earth Elemental 1 and brings his greataxe down.

"And that is why a Dwarf is as competent an archer as an elf. No vitals and I STILL cracked the damn thing. Oh..." during his gloating Krag had managed to step in front of the elemental "Troll! Out of the way! Oh, to hell with it!" taking aim at one of the approaching elementals Ulric loosed and arrow at it. No sense cluttering up a melee.

Glancing over to see Slork under attack, Krag lays into the larger and smaller elemental with a combination of shattering blows and gnashing teeth.
Full Attack: Strike S1 with a Power Attack 1 from the club, then hit M1 with a normal bite (+5 to hit, 1d6+5 piercing damage)

((I'm surprised they don't have DR))

Osoero grimaces and tries again, trying to take time to aim this time, rather than mindlessly firing out of a bush. To facilitate this, he falls on one knee for a steadier arm, as ridiculous as it looks.

((Large and larger ones have DR, smalls and mediums don't. They're also immune to critical hits and can't be flanked, but to my knowledge there's nothing about immunity to weapon types in 3.5 SRD.))

((That's actually the main purpose of DR-- loads of monsters (the skeleton comes to mind) have immunity to non-bludgeoning weapons.))

[[Hey guys! I found this really cool thread made SPECIFICALLY for Out of Character comments! Crazy huh!? Maybe we should use it. Seems a waste to just let it sit there.]]

Ulric fires again, loosing an arrow at one of the smaller elementals [17], striking it squarely [2] but barely chipping the exterior.

Krag launches a brutal assault on the enemies confronting Slork and himself, [25] easily striking the smaller with his club [17] and crushing it to dust, while simultaneously [23] chomping down on the larger's head [8], putting it down as well.

I didn't bother updating the map because nothing has changed except for M1 and S1 both being dead as doornails. That, and our Cleric's move from last turn, of course.
