todays headlines: kitty cat meets dogs, playfulness ensues

Lying on the side and putting the paw up is cat play-fighting. A serious cat wouldn't loll around like that and half-heartedly throw up a paw.

Effectively, no.

For one thing, the cat's facial expression and posture doesn't suggest fear or anxiety. It doesnt lay its ears back, hiss, scowl, bare its teeth, poof up, or arch its back and tail. Seems a fairly comfortable cat, all things considered, and it is playing with them, or trying to incite play. I could never get my cats to be that comfortable around multiple strange dogs, or walk them on a leash.

It looks like a bengal/tabby mix by the coloration and fur pattern; bengals are fairly aggressive because they're basically the cat ...Malmute? They're (usually) 3rd generation removed from a wildcat/domestic cat mix. It's not too surprising that it's comfortable enough around other animals. It knows it can kick ass; you see that in the video when the two dogs sort of smoosh it between them. That was probably the only part of the video where it wasn't a happy cat.
