(1-1)You trip and fall into radioactive sludge. You die of radiation poisoning.
Vow revenge! Find a boat and crew willing to go Kraken hunting with me.
(4)You start walking toward the ocean again.
Three 5 in a row! Not bad.
Ignore it and find something else.
(3-1)You find a glob of radioactive sludge. You eat it. -2 to all actions.
I would have thought turning into a boomerang would be the result of a 6. Oh well.

Attempting to do things posthumously will never end well.
(1)You fly into a pool of lava. You die.
Kick the nuke to Pootin. Kick myself in the toe whilst running away.
(4-1)You kick the nuke. It looks pretty unstable. It'll probably go off next turn.
Use radiation to gain superpowers, because that is totally how it works. Use said superpowers to summon to kraken for the purposes of taking the nuke away.
(6)You gain the power to be radioactive! Sadly, you do not gain radiation resistance.
