Marren's Eve - Meeting Hall
Starn
Before Nine could give out the money, Starn rushed towards the structure at the end of the road. Approaching the building's doors, a vague sense of dread washed over Starn, causing him to involuntarily shudder. As he drew nearer, he could hear voices coming from within, yet remained unable to discern what they were saying. Taking a moment to steel himself for whatever was within, he slowly pushed open the doors,
"And this is what happens to witches in our village!" just in time to watch a woman be thrown into a cauldron of boiling oil, accompanied by cheering from the crowd.
Shocked by what he's seen, he fails to get a good look at the ones who threw her in, but manages to notice that the one who spoke had bright-red hair. The crowd, it seems, has yet to notice him - and, oddly enough, the feeling he got when he drew near vanished as the woman was tossed into the cauldron.
Marren's Eve - Southern Storefronts
Hoping to find something to buy - and, in the case of one particular degenerate, people to con - the rest of the party makes their way down the street, seeing what shops they can find. Noticing a distinct lack of shops relating to any form of magic, they do manage to find: a shop for both weaponry and armor ran by someone by the name of Jyak Zerrin, if the name on the sign is anything to go by; A sweets shop, by the name of The Busy Bee; A general store displaying the name of, presumably, the owner, Emilie Azeris; As it turns out, the rest of the buildings on this street are houses. Common sense, however, tells you that these aren't the only shops in this place - now that you're closer to the barn-like structure, a smaller path cutting through a lightly wooded area can be seen - it appears to connect to a street running behind the stores to the north side of the street, although it's impossible to see what said street leads to from here. While the original intent was to buy some goods... It appears all of the shops are closed at the moment.
Jase, Nine, Edmund, and Tethys
Following the distribution of money by Nine, this particular group of four heads out to shop, first stopping in front of a building with a sign marking it as a shops for various forms of weaponry. While the ramshackle little building doesn't seem particularly promising, surely anything would be better than nothing - yet when Jase tried to open the door, he found the building locked. Upon discovering this, Tethys knocked, but after a few moments fruitlessly waiting for an answer, they decided to move on.
John
Spotting a General Store, and deeming it as good as any to have people within to con, John took a moment to collect himself - after all, it would be the best to make a damn fine impression in order to gain some coin from these townsfolk. However, much like Jase, Edmund, Tethys, and Nine, he found the door locked and the building apparently empty. The owner, apparently named Emilie Azeris, appeared to be out. Perhaps another store...?
Jenna
Unlike the others, Jenna did not find herself locked out of a store - if only for the simple fact that there happens to be a distinct lack of stores in any way related to magic. Of course, in a small village like this, one couldn't expect there to be a bookstore anyways - most already written books were only available to the wealthy, although many large cities did apparently have libraries. With nothing better to do, she, like the others, decided to take a look around.
All
Unlucky with their own endeavors, the group takes another look around the streets.
Whilst all the stores they find are locked, the remaining few seem slightly odd - one, by the name of The Busy Bee, seems to sell various types of sweets, whilst another rather odd yet well-maintained building went by the name of Therrin's Adventurer's Depot - helluva an odd name, but it must get a decent amount of business to look as good as it does in this place. However, like the others, it too is locked.
Marren's Eve - South Gate
Andre, despite having received an admittedly tiny amount of money from Nine, remains by the gates. He could go shopping now, or head into the inn with Fae, or take a stroll outsi - a low growling from the direction of the pond grabs his attention whilst he attempts makes up his mind. The children are now staring at him, something slightly off about them... As they begin to approach, he realizes what it is - they have no eyes. Despite his best efforts, he remains unable to move, waiting as they draw nearer - until, with an infernal scowl on their faces, they release an ear-splitting shriek and quickly fade from existence.

Gods, that was painful for me to look at. Sorry about that.
I guess tell me which format you prefer. I should really write this on a computer - they seem much larger in the notes thing for my iPad than what they end up like on here.
Anywho, updates with the spell uses on the first page. Diminishing returns on point investment to spell uses after eight on these spells, and higher-tier spells will have higher level gaps for more uses.
Edit: Nobody but Andre heard the children, as they were only affecting him at the time.
