Appearance: 12 year old, physically average for a girl at that age, PE at school and some recreational soccer keep her decently fit.  Sandy blonde hair, green eyes.

Backstory: Cape Geek, probably unhealthy infatuation with the idea of getting powers of her own.  Spent most of her 12 year old life sheltered by her parents who doted, gratingly so, but it was honest love.  Her mother was a drug making kingpin and was attempting to keep her daughter as far out of the way as possible.  Her father was aware of her mothers actions and agreed to keep their daughter as far away from that life as possible.

Potential triggers all over the place.  How long have people had powers? Months, years, decades?

I meant in this thread specifically, there is a significant difference between the decades in Worm.  The Death of Vikare for instance is recognized as one of the primary catalysts for the end of the golden age of superheroes in the wormverse.  How long ago did that happen?

We might not be in the Wormverse, it could very well be simply inspired by it.
