So, I'm starting to make a little rulebook type thing, could be called an alpha if you feel generous.
Combat and Shit
STATS etc.
Will not have standard RPG stat growth. Barring exceptional circumstances, your powers won't change.
Strengh etc. can still be increased. Skills can be learned.
Fighting.
Need to design a system that accounts for all the different types of powers and their interactions.
May not be possible to have a dice roll system complex enough
Might be forced to do GM logic on fights to determine results.
Gear and shit will also provide headaches

The players.
Triggers
Players will have recently triggered, or trigger in the beginning section of the game.
Leaning towards the second option, this is a RP after all.
Don't make it too dark, or the toad shall smite us.
Powers:
Will be based off the trigger event and the character's emotions etc.
Players can't directly choose power, it is derived from the previous shit.
Death And Arrest
Players can die.
Usually they'll have opportunities to cut their losses and run.
Different enemies will have different standards, some might let you go with just wounded pride, others... won't.
Criminal players may be apprehended by the heros.
Potential option to be converted to Hero (On parole) instead of being sent to the uber jail
If your crimes are to severe, you'll go straight to inescapable super jail.
Heros may kill you, depending on circumstances etc.

So, I've been considering running a Roleplaying Game over here based off of the Web Serial Worm
However, since setting up a system for that will be a pain in the ass, I want to make sure anybody will actually be interested.
