"Do it then, lad, we'll stand by."

Nil decides to go sharpen his axes.

Pingtu nods and starts the preparations for the ritual. Some time later, he is ready to begin. With a nod from Lothinenn he starts, lighting incense in several braziers placed around the stones, all while chanting strange words in the tongue of the Celestials.

Quote from: The Module
As Pingtu’s invocation ends, the room’s silence gains a sort of heaviness. A voice breaks the silence, echoing as it says:

Seven stones stand and silently mourn.
Seven gods weep in the Golden Hills.
Here, many drow did break my form,
But seven my wrath left still.
Seventy times seven years silent the stones stand,
Unless seven bright stones from Earthcaller’s hand,
Seven sweet prayers of the Golden Land,
And seven shattered arms of the drow band
Are offered here, by my command.

It doesn't take Pingtu long to puzzle out the riddle, and he hurriedly and excitedly starts to speak.

Quote from: PDF
Pingtu says, “The Earthcaller, Segojan, is the patron deity of Blingdenstone and the god of nature and the dead. He provides treasures under the earth for us to find. The ‘bright stones,’ then, must refer to such treasures—gems.

“We use gems to teach children the colors of light fractured by a cut diamond: red ruby, orange fire opal, yellow citrine, green emerald, blue aquamarine, indigo sapphire, and violet amethyst. I think we shall need one of each of these stones.

“I have an aquamarine right here,” he says, taking a polished blue stone from his pouch. “Also, I was told the remains of seven drow were found with Bendekik. It sounds like my old teacher wants their weapons shattered here in the circle. We’ll need the weapons and a hammer, which should be among our supplies. Fendrick Pestle, our provisioner, should know more about all that.”

“The sweet prayers? Well, they’re for me to perform when we've gathered the materials we need.”

"This should be as easy as taking gemstones from a baby."

Steven shall pursue the necessary gems. Preferably from small children.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

"Then we must seek Fendrick Pestle. It can't be hard to find gemstones in a place like this, anyway."

"I would say we split up and try to find these different things, but I don't think it'd be the wisest idea. I'll help ya with the gemstones and Fendrick Pestle, but we should stay in groups, if we won't work as a whole."

"We should stick together in case we're attacked, and go to all the places in order, any order. I say we go see Pestle first."

Steven shall pursue the necessary gems. Preferably from small children.

...

To make things simpler for me, here's a list of caverns you can visit to steal from small children find the required gems. You should be able to find all of the required ones by talking to the people in them, instead of running around with vague and slightly annoying actions.

The Ruby in the Rough: This cavern has the ruined temple to Segojan Earthcaller in it, as well as the headquarters of the expedition. Burrow Warden Kargien Dissengulp is the gnome in charge of Blingdenstone if you want to talk to him about this.

Phantasmal Glamours: This cavern is named after a famous illusionist's shop that was located in it. The proprietor of Phantasmal Glamours is still alive and at work repairing her shop.

The Trader's Grotto: This cavern once held Blingenstone's central market. Now it just acts as an infirmary for all of the wounded gnomes. A few of the doctors working in there might know a thing or two about gems however.

The Singing Stones: You guys already passed through this cavern. As a refresher, it acts as a barracks and may hold another gnome trying to rebuild his ruined property.

The Golden Hills Hearth: The gnomes keep their supplies in this cavern, so Fendrick Pestle should be there as well.

The Speaking Stones: Wait, this is the name of the cavern you're already at. Never mind.

Anyways pick a cavern to visit and let's get things rolling.

Dain makes his way to The Ruby in the Rough, to ask the Burrow Warden for permission to take the arms of the drow who attacked priest guy.

Asabjorn comes as well. The more people, the less likely to die, and the more possibility of treasure!

Nil follows after pointing out to everyone that not going along with the group might not be the best, for afterall, the place is UNDER attack.
And because if anyone steals from the place he wants to lop off their hand before the gnomes can.
Theft from those who dont have much is not nice.
