So anyone else playing this?  I've got it downloaded but have yet to give it a try.  I figure since it's multiplayer only we could organize some Bay12 rounds as opposed to just getting thrown into a random game.

I'd be more than happy to play with some Bay12 folks, if anyone's available at late night (relative to US Central Time [UTC -06:00]).

As a secondary tip, a game that's very new and in beta probably needs a little better explanation. I managed to find a trailer, but otherwise have zero clue what the game is.

Well, it's a closed beta and the only way you have a key is if you pre-ordered the third Witcher game.  So I suppose I was trying to find other people who were already in the know, so to speak.

Well at least update the initial post to reflect that, and give a bit of information on it. As you can still pre-order the game it might be a good way of swaying people on the fence (as I am) but as there's so little information out there, I (along with other people) haven't managed to find pretty much anything on it.

It's an online version of the Witcher Adventure board game apparently.  Four players for Geralt, Triss, Dandelion, and Zorpzerp Zcsczsczowski or whatever the fuck his name is.  You can get into the closed beta by signing up on GOG, I haven't gotten my key yet though.  We'll see.

Just got into the beta, I have an extra key if anyone's interested.  Anybody else in the beta now and want to give it a spin?  I haven't actually played yet.

I haven't had a chance to play it either.  Not really sure how the rules work, there's a tutorial but it's not a gameplay tutorial so without actually playing I don't really get it.

I know each player picks one of the four characters, Geralt, Triss, Dandelion, and Yarpen, and then you wander around the world doing quests, and when a set number of quests are complete the player with the most quest points wins, but I don't know if there's cooperative elements within that, or ways to harm the other players as a competitive game, or what.
