It does: it works fine on my GCC-4.9 box, but not the GCC-4.5.4 one. (And it works marvellously where it does, it's absolutely wonderful.)

Any chance we can get a new release compiled with a slightly less than bleeding edge GCC? Even 4.8 would work here.

I've recompiled 5.37 http://do1.mifki.com:8810/download/323/artifacts/twbt-5.37-linux.zip with GCC 4.5. Haven't tested.

All of the packs are four versions behind since they're waiting for a DFHack release.

Is anything specific delaying DFHack? 40.23 is a very important version, since it fixes the bug which caused some players to get no goblin invasions despite being camped next to their fortress.

We're still waiting on the remaining Windows offsets. After that, there are about 20 pull requests to go through before making a release, which could take a while.

I updated the TWBT with a gcc 454 compatible version with R3.


Thank you all for your patience with the website. It should also have been updated.
 v0.40.23 is right around the corner thanks to the great people working on dfhack. I can not wait !

The Windows edition is out. DFHack must be updated, unless the Windows and Linux versions differ enough that work on the latter is much slower.
