Well titan-Eren doesn't seem to be complete yet, enemies can't really hurt you as him.

It's mainly just a way to keep score.  Smoother kills generally do more damage.

Annie was one of the top ten graduates, joined Military Police, turned out she was a Titan Shifter, she killed almost everyone on the 57th expedition, and then was captured in Wall Sina. Her Titan form is known as the 'Female Titan'.
