An embark with "pits"
« on: July 20, 2014, 07:34:57 am »

I found an embark for which the neighboring civilizations are listed as elves, humans, goblins, tower, and "pits."  Anyone know what "pits" is referring to?

A pit is basically a goblin hamlet. My best guess is that a Necromancers has conquered that site since they can't build a tower of their own for whatever reason.

I embarked at a location with "pits" as well, and I received regular sieges of gobbos and undead. An important note is that normal undead were not friendly to gobbo undead(as my first year involved a necro siege that they left their pets.

That is very interesting.
