Is 'asymmetrical' a new item ego? Anyone else seen something like this?

On the military equip screen, I think I recall seeing "asymmetrical toga" as a foreign equipment option, so they've probably just made one of these -- if I had to guess, an asymmetrical toga would be one that hung off one shoulder, as opposed to covering both.
