I know I held the game up a couple of times, so I shouldn't complain, but maybe the recent week-long delays are simply an indication of people not wanting to continue anymore?

This game is no Dominions, there's hardly much in the way of tediousness in what amounts to 5-10 minute turns, so I'm guessing the charm must be gone.

While I'd like to contine for the sake of experience if not for victory, I'd understand if people simply want to declare Durus the winner. I think that'd be preferable to dragging it out for who knows how long, all the time knowing at least some of us are simply going through the motions.

So, what it's gonna be? With a turn per day-two days, we'd be probably done in a forthnight, maybe three weeks - the conclave tokens are supposed to get drawn more often near the end.

And if the game is to be finished, we could start a new one. Now, that we're this richer in experience, maybe better understanding what works and what doesn't.

A decision?

I was at least partially responsible for the recent hold-up, but I'd still like to stick it out until the bitter end.

I would like to continue, but I know from experience what repeated delays can do to people's morale.
It's been mostly Karlito and lijacote that I've been needing to prod a bit every now and then, if they can keep a decent pace we're good to keep rolling. Speaking of which, lijacote's unavailable for the weekend so the answer might be left hanging for a day or two.

I'm absolutely willing to keep playing, and I don't mind the delays. If you'd like to declare me the victor, though, I understand the deep, compelling urge that must dwell inside you to do so.
