The latest turn has seen some new land acquisitions. Delta's Adamantine Guard has taken The Temple of Lust while Durus' personal guard has taken The Mines of Gehenna. Both provide +2 prestige, while Lust gives Davi Owie (if in his possession) 30 prestige at game's end while Gehenna boosts deceit rolls by +2 for anyone possessing it.

This puts both Delta and Durus at +4 prestige, Dumah at +1 and everyone else at +0 prestige/turn.

My most recent acquisition.

Dumah, I am only taking what I deserve. I find myself admiring more and more the power of fellow warlords such as Delta as I come to be increasingly disgusted by the weakness of those whose meager abilities require that they beg for protection. Delta- perhaps we ought to oppress those below us in synchronicity, so as to better enforce their place in society and lower the risk of a repulsive, doomed rebellion?

I have met my first neighbor today - how exciting! A messenger arrived during this morning's storm, and delivered the regards of a Prince to me.

The courier was some sort of lovely bird, with sleek red wings glistening in the rain, a short beak of cast brass, and six bejeweled iron talons on each of its legs, and it bore a parchment scroll inscribed with the delicate vermillion sigil of the reknowned Prince Duras. A Prince! What could a Prince of the Realm possibly want with a lowly Baroness such as myself? He has kindly requested my assistance in some lofty project or another - the details were beyond my ken, though they seemed at once quite vague - and of course I drafted my reply assuring that august personage that I would without fail do all in my meager power to aid him.

I've received a most magnificent meal in the mail (regards from a Baroness in one of the many poor, swamped regions of Hell), but I regret that despite my durability my stomach is prone to complaints at the consumption of meat so laden with the toxic materials this specimen produces. My gracious guest shall have to eat that which he delivered alone.

I did notice you lost your legion to the Palace

Did you just miscount the math or were you surprised by the battlefield advantage bonus? It's mentioned in the manual under legion combat heading, but it's easy to miss otherwise.

IIRC it's 1d6+level and the higher scoring legion/POP gets a small bonus to their range or melee or infernal. Not sure how big a bonus and how the size is determined.

The bonuses I can recall seeing over the years have always been in the 1-3 range.
