...Er, that's not quite how antimatter works. It just explodes. A lot.
For the sake of science, let's say you're feeding your cat a 6 oz can of cat food, which is about 170 grams.

Now, 1 gram of antimatter annihilating with 1 gram of matter gives a yield of around 43 kilotons. Multiplied by 170, you're looking at a yield of just over 7.3 megatons of explosive force from your antimatter cat food. Ouch.
