Taking a soothing herbal bath (a healthy one, no acid, just water and herbs)

The herbs are quite healthy but they end up creating a acid mist which doesn't harm your outer body but you breathe in it and it destroys your insides.

Stretching.

You accidentally hit a nearby lamp which crashes into a vase on top of a cupboard. The vase breaks, water leaks down onto the tv cables. Since they are slightly damaged and the water soon forms a connection between them and your cat, it's roasted alive.


Diving to see some beautiful sea creatures

You see a bunch of dolphins,but one of them has a grudge against one of your ancestors and hiding behind it's false smile it rams into you and keeps you pinned to the ground until you die.

Writing.

You write a nice set of horror stories and get to publish them very soon. Nothing spectacular happens until years later some psychopath starts using them to inspire his cruel work. A bunch of people are murdered in the most horrible ways one could think of.


Chopping some wood for the winter (being as careful with the axe as one can be)

You successfully fail to cut yourself, but, when you eventually create it, you fall into the flame and it engulfs you, killing you.

You get your head bashed in by someone else riding a car with a baseball bat.

You're so focused on the game, that you don't notice the invasion from outer space taking place around your area. Suddenly they appear behind you, and before you really notice, they take you hostage among a few others and then slowly kill you while experimenting on you.


Sewing a dress.

Said dress was made from your skin.  You die a few minutes later from blood loss.
