I tried doing titles, it was a mess. Sure, I'll change it, but you'll never know the wonders of fish-people!

Titles are just for something to call ourselves before we get anything resembling a department. We are currently 36 people by the sea, who just learned to float. I don't think we have grasped the finer points of Governence yet.

Edit: Damn, just understood your post, thought you meant change DoP to overseer. Ignore this post but I will leave it for posterity.

Turn 2

Nothing is new for the land of the Forumites.
However, 5 more people take up additional positions as their own leaders. ((Wait list group 1 can now post their turn for turn 3, check OP))

Combinations
People+Exploration
You tell a group of people to explore the lands. They already been everywhere in the area and don't want to go through Pain Desert. However, they become experts at seeing as they play a vision game from a distance from the empty camp. They became scouts. The Department of Defense has the ability to recruit scouts and to send them off.
Fish+People
You send some people into the ocean for get some fish, as you could never have done it yourself. After some hours in the sun, someone finally catches a fish. It quickly becomes quite the sport. The people have named this sport: fishing.
Brine+Rock
You rub brine on some rocks. You try all kinds of rocks: big ones, small ones, even ones that fit in your hand! You also try different types of brine, getting brine from different parts along the shore! Nothing happens to the rocks, but you have some scrapes from rubbing the rough rocks.
Pain+People
You cause pain onto another. You have no idea what to expect. The father of two children being brutalized for his own peoples good. By command he hunches over and takes the hits. Crying with tears and voice can be heard through the group. People stop their idle to watch. The father flops on his knees and lies in prostration. The son watches. Finally, the deed is over and done. But the father does not move. It is the first time everyone has witnessed death. What may seem natural for one, could cause lament for another.

The child is touched by gods in a dream. What are these strange lands? These colorful people? The calming sounds? This child's name is now Kai and now has developed a fascination for the strange group of people and their ways.
Your public opinion has gone down. Without the concent of your people, your powers will be helpless.
