Is there a way to make humans build more towns?

It impossible to find one. Wait across the world you say? Going on a magical long ass journey to find that it been abandoned. Seriously all I get is hamlets and driving me crazy, even 1050 year history won't help.

The problem is the maximum population number, if you increase that in advanced generation you will have more towns, if you also want less hamlets you can instead decrease the number of sites being generated, but I think that in the normal world builder those are connected to each other and will not change regardless...
