Racial characteristics: the Hands of Kuppur-La are, as the name may imply, giant hands of uncertain origin - they are known to hail from the fabled land of Kuppur-La in the Unknown Reaches of Ralithorn, but little is known of their culture and history, which is perhaps for the best. They are known to be very sensitive to sound, as well as have a very keen sense of touch. They have the same capabilities mentally as humans, though their limbs are slightly stronger and more articulate, being for all intents and purposes fingers. They have no manipulators more delicate than their finger limbs, and they eat similarly to starfish, sitting on top of food and extruding their digestive system from their life line and consuming the food slowly. They are rather light on average, and tend to be much quicker and more coordinated than the average human being.

General: an armored, dark-skinned hand, about two meters tall and one and a half meters wide, garbed in mirrored metal plate armor from finger to palm, with two bladed artificial fingernails added to the index and middle finger. Emits speech through the Girdle of Venus, which double as its ears, using a chamber made by orienting its thumb and index finger to increase volume and articulation - humans tend to mockingly imitate this way of speaking, frequently without even knowing it themselves, with hand puppets.
Nonverbal: is very expressive, being a hand, and can convey a multitude of emotions (though they are difficult to read for a non-Hand) through body language alone. Other than that, tends to fidget a little in general, and has trouble remaining fully at rest.
Stutter/Stammer: tends to have trouble with longer sentences due to incomplete mastery of language.
Accent: indeterminately foreign, more than a little entirely alien, and somewhat thick.

Finger Strength: strong, but significantly weaker than the thumb - the Hand Knight is trained to rear back and strike with its whole hand rather than merely the fingers, since the fingers are not particularly powerful naturally.

Thumb Strength: as the main support limb, the thumb boasts quite a lot of brute force combined with fine control.

Parents description: Fullree the Right and Hamrick the Right, both rights in an unconventional turn not much appreciated by Kuppur-La. Since two rights make a U-turn, as per the old adage, Umfried, produced of the union, was a single left rather than a Left Umfried and Right Umfried.
Growing-up-home-treatment: Fullree and Hamrick loved Umfried very much, and despite it being a left endeavored to teach it the ways of the Hand Knights since birth - Umfried's natural ineptness was quickly trained right out of it under its parents' guidance, and it grew up to become a powerful warrior.
Growing-up-social-treatment: being a U-turn, though, did make it something of a social pariah, and not very accepted in broader society - it didn't have any friends, or much social contact with anyone aside from its slightly psychotic warrior parents, who trained it with the idea of making it a knight-errant to rival all other knight-errants.
Growing-up-lifestyle: austere! Spartan! Unpleasant! But character-building, Umfried dares say.
Education: lacking in anything but the art of war, the domain of the right. Neither of its parents were very clever, and it certainly showed in Umfried's education.

history: Variel was the sort that never cared what the people in charge wanted, due to this attitude she had Fallen from grace when she had saved a (small) town from raiders when she had violently murdered them, she then turned into a Fallen Angel and her wings had burned into a crisp, so she lived with the people that she saved for a few years before getting bored with everyday life and left.
Description: A beautiful woman that has blonde hair in a ponytail reaching down to her hips with jade coloured eyes that stands at 5'4 tall, her body looks frail but it is actually quite sturdy, she looks very much like a human, her choice of clothing are red robes (complete with a hood,) with a white stole that has the religious symbols of Belgan on it coloured in maroon, the edges of it is a gold-like yellow, she has a pair of robotic wings that act as (working) replacements for the ones she lost, they are both grey and brown in random spots, while she doesn't go so far as worshiping Belgan, she does believe in his existence and tries to help him.

History
Parents description:Although like many other hatchlings he wasn't actually raised by his parents,he suspects that they might've been a Dragon of Order and a Earth Dragon.
growing-up-home-treatment:Although without parents Dragon Hatchlings were always smarter then other infant species,and are generally self sufficient,growing up in a litter of 7,there generally was always some food caught,he wasn't the most popular of the bunch but he wasn't the least popular either,in overall,he didn't have too hard of a time.
growing-up-social-treatment:Due to the fact that Dragon litters had little contact with each other and when they did they generally murdered each other,he didn't have much contact,though as he got older and more proficient at hunting,news of his skill (somehow) reached several Dragons and he was respected among his brothers and somewhat feared by other young Dragons.
growing-up-lifestyle:He was a lot stupider then he'd like to admit back then so he'd often get into fights that should've killed him but through sheer luck he survived.
education:He only got knowledge that gets passed through from the parents when the hatchling is born,and it generally didn't get much more detailed then "Humanoids=bad",though at one point a druid managed to befriend him and teach him some simple facts such as limited language and a bit of information on the land and of the races,which sent him well on the way to becoming the wise Dragon he is now.
experiences:Most of his siblings were slaughtered by a hunting party when they were in the early adolecent phase where they gave the most dragon hide (which is very valuable for armor and can generally get a lot of money on the market.) for the least risk,him being a experienced fighter in general managed to kill the hunting party,but only one of his brothers survived.
current social-treatment:He's a legend among other Dragons for managing to kill whatever Dragon slayer tried to hunt him,or at least he was,10 or so years ago,when he was alive,but he was killed by a "hero" who went by the name Nathanael Keanu when he was hunting lifestock for a journey to far off lands to learn more there,Keanu had a sizable army,they had pursued him for several days with airships and horses until he collapsed from exhaustion (The arrows and ballista bolts in his legs probably helped.) and Keanu had ridden up to him and slew him with his sword which was enchanted with poison lethal to Dragons,right now only his brother knows that he's alive once more.
current lifestyle:He doesn't know how or why he was given the chance to live once more,nor does he know where the metal in and on his bones came from,but he makes the best of it,trying to avoid any attention from potential Dragon slayers,he doesn't try to tell all the Dragons that he's alive again,generally because he can't be bothered,he's been alive (again) for a year and a half by now.
friends:His brother Sirath Tulvir,they don't get much contact with each other but as brothers,they'll help each other out whenever they need help,he's a ice Dragon.
beliefs:Believes in the Dragon god Vezoth Darilth,who will decide when the time is right for Dragons and human(oids) to be equal and Dragons never having to be in hiding and for every Dragon slayer to receive what they deserve. (Being equal would mean that Dragon slayers are murderers.)

Magic
Specify types known/used:He used to be a extremely rare Dragon of Time,but when he died much of his affinity went away,after much focus and attempts to use it he's learned to access some aspects of his previous self,he's learnt how to do a "Time Skip",this allows him stop time for 10 seconds,but after doing it he must wait 20 minutes before doing it again,and if he does it 5 times then he needs to rest for 2 days before he can use it again (I guess the concept of why he would need to wait is to "absorb" time but it doesn't affect anything on a whole),another thing he's learnt to do is to sort of bend time around himself,allowing him to remove certain effects of his interactions from time,such as his footprints or erasing the memory of him from creatures,however those with special training (Like Dragon slayers) or have special enchanted items or at least are moderately attuned to magic are immune from him removing himself from their memory,also doing this is very exhausting and he must rest before 15 minutes have passed or he'll just pass out on the spot,both of these abilities have allowed him to avoid hunters and armies for a long time. The magic goes into partially Innate but mostly will-based.
