I didn't know where to request this info and this seems like best to start. I would like to put in some images of screen shots but don't know how. Any WIKI on how to actually inset images in posts available? or provide me this info?.

You have to do something like this

Which would show this:

There's actually a little button you can press in all that formatting stuff that's normally above the box you type in to, if you don't want to bother actually typing out the [img] parts. The bit that goes in between the tags is the address of wherever you're hosting the image. I personally use upl.co, but there's a number of image hosting sites if you don't have personal webhosting.
