Grass not regrowing?

Just wondering if this is happening for anyone else before I assume it's a bug, this includes both above-ground grass after being grazed on and caverns.

Are you in a mountain biome? afaik grass doesn't regrow in mountains.

It would if those caverns are underneath the mountain biome.  Try doing your grazing, above ground and below, in the non mountain part.
