Spoiler: Battle Report (click to show/hide)

No fight is made in Peebles, as the Pictish knights storm the mountainous village. These savage north men continue to harry the land, while the Mercians send Longbowmen to take back Manchester as Wessex continues to spread like a malign growth across the south lands and the plucky Welsh restart their raiding along the western bounds.

Considering that I consider Pictland a higher priority at the moment, as my survival is also more important to me than trying to kill you, I'd much rather that!

Why do you think the only things I've been doing about you are trying to deal with your bloody raiders?

I mean, bloody hell, if I really just cared about my win condition, I would have conglomerated my archers, told Pictland to go fuck itself, and marched my army of what must be well over a dozen archers into Winchester, and let Pictland kill off Northumbria.
