Survival platoon will take military transport to the battle, where they will use their survival training to safely shadow the Kaiju, delivering ground reports to military forces in the area and laying claim to some of its corpse when slain. They are authorized to use relatively safe hit and run tactics to distract or damage it when specifically useful to those actually fighting it.

1 Spec Ops platoon will take a military transport to the battle right off the bat, taking potshots at it from afar, and only moving in to claim parts after it is dead.
The other Spec Ops Platoon will equip the knightly anti-bullet armor take a transport there, escorting survivors to whatever area looks the safest.
The Mechanized infantry platoon will also take a transport there, and when the beast appears to be nearing death, they will charge in, attempting to finish it off and claim some of the body parts for FAFNIR.

One special forces team is to parachute from a military jet down (With one pilot, obviously) onto the beasts shell with high explosives in order to get access to the head and detonate the explosives on the eyes, this is classified as a scuicide mission.
All infantry platoons are to start firing at the neck from afar or, if that's not available, legs, in order to slow it down.

Two SF platoons would engage kaiju at the closest range possible, obliterating it with heavy weaponry. To lessen the inevitable losses, we would strike by the fastest route. Survival platoon would support them with mid-range fire, learning about the mistakes of this plan from slightly safer distance.

2 SF Platoons board the chinooks and fly to the combat zone.

They will be given anti-tank weaponry.

First platoon will serve as scouts for the local forces and other organizations. If viable, they will use hit and run tactics.

Second platoon, along with both chinooks will assist with evacuating the civilians. When all civilians are evacuated, the platoon will attack the kaiju using hit and run tactics.

When the kaiju appears to be near death, both platoons are to join the battle and lay claim to parts of the corpse.

Send out the Spec Ops battalion equipped with the two Deliverance guns, and the Elite Infantry Battalion. In order to get them there ask for transport from the American government. They are to set up a defensive position on the coast in the Kaiju's path, there orders are to slow and delay the beast until evacuation of the entire area is complete. Once the area is cleared they are to begin a retreating attack, they are to always remain out of range of the beast while keeping the attack going.
