Head to the forecastle or other areas in search of some other crew to converse and or get drunk with

You approach a small group of pirates and talk with them for a few moments about nothing in particular before you bring up the idea of booze.

"This early matey? Naw! Thar be many a lootin' and plunderin' ta be had in the day!"

Typical. You sign on with the only group of pirates in the entire world with a respectable idea on drinking. You might as well have a chat with the mast for all the drinking this will do for you. Still you attempt to stick around for a bit longer making small talk.

"The music... D'ye know where it's comin' from?"

Eileen retreats to the rooms below deck and tends to Ylva's wounds.

(17) You manage to effectively bandage Ylva's wounds as she whimpers in pain. [+2 health]

It's not so bad although the pirate lass with two rapiers eventually ambles into the cabin you share with four other people. Well, two others now that two of them had died.

Go in search of Eileen.

It's not so hard as you would think to find the elf and her wolf on this boat that is only 50 feet long and has only six dedicated rooms for sleeping. That is to say you find her nearly as soon as you put your mind to it. She appears to be bandaging the wolf of hers. Well... Now what?

Drinking the potion, Vicnan heads below decks and begins to study his spellbook.

Drinking the potion [+4] is an awful experience. It tastes like a mix between mud and almonds. But after a second a pleasant after-taste of berries fills your mouth. You're still quite sore, but not in as bad of a spot as you might have thought.

You head to your cabin, passing by Lora on your way, and begin researching your spell book.

Although... The more you think on it the more something feels odd. You were a bit too out of it at the time but right about now, as you crack open your limited spell book, you realize that something in the air isn't quite right.

The bodies make an odd splash as they hit the water. You ponder the finality of life and death at that moment. A few simple words and you wish their spirits well on their final journey. The eyepatch you now possess will likely be all that anyone remembers of them. Four siblings, more than most people had, gone in a flash. At least they left the world together.

Lora knocks lightly on the door as she saunters in, "Heya there, lass, got a mo'? Mayhap I overheard ye askin' around for a bow. Now, the key here's that ye can't expect somethin' for nothin', right? Now, ye be a part of this loose conglomeration-like thing that could be called 'us', on account of helpin' us out in that scrap, so you've got somethin'," at this, Lora fished a moonstone out of her pouch, bouncing it in her palm.

"The way I see it, ye have free call on this as much as any o' us, seeing as how it's doing nobody good until we sell it anyhow. Might not be enough to bargain a bow off any of these louts, but there's your bargaining and then there's my bargaining. You look plenty busy," Lora continued, gesturing at Ylva, "with that be-fanged friend o' yours. Would ye like me to go 'round askin' for a little spot of barter with those folk who has what ye desire?"

If yes, ask around the ship for someone willing to barter a bow. Pick up one of the extra rapiers on the way.

Eileen hears Lora knock and looks up from her work. After hearing what the young woman has to say, she stands. " If you could find a shortbow for me, I would be very grateful. I am not much for bargaining and I don't understand pirates. Thank you."

Vicnan knocks on the door of the ladys' cabin. "Did that wolf defecate?"
"I do not know this word, 'defecate.'"
