"The rapiers I offered your friend are yours as well if you'd like. You can also have as many Masterwork Javelins as you can carry. Unless, you had something special in mind."

"I'm no so sure about that, mate. I'd rather have good steel at my side, I think, and I'm no so strong as to carry about four swords atop all else I have. D'you have a single rapier cast of mithral, or pr'haps a chain shirt o' th' same?

"Understandable. It just happens that I came across a Mithril Shirt this very morning when an orc thought he would be able to trick me by delivering a false item. You may have it. I reward those who follow through on their deals." A surprisingly clean Mithril Shirt chose this moment to slither to Lora's feet.

Vicnan slips the gloves onto his hands.
"You are too kind, Curator. If you have any scrolls of Glitterdust, Web, Heroics, Nerveskitter, Color Spray, Silent Image, Benign Transposition and Treacherous Weapon, I would greatly appreciate it. If you're lacking in any of the first three, I would appreciate a Summon Swarm instead, and if you lack any of the last five, I would appreciate a Hoard Gullet instead. Thank you."

The scrolls you requested roll out of the pile of treasure. "I assumed that when you said Heroics you meant Heroism. Further I do not have Trecherous Weapon. I find the spell to be abhorrent personally. But being immortal tends to let oneself be picky. However, I often made use of Hoard Gullet while alive. I keep a scroll or two around for old times sake. You may have that instead."

"No, I spoke correctly. Are you missing Heroics from your collection?" Vicnan's mouth twitches into a smile at the thought that he could enlighten a being as omniscient as this.
He takes the scrolls except for Heroism.

Jernak takes the silvered steel rapier "How about five javelins? Much better than the darts I have now."

"Aye, that'll do just fine," Lora chuckles, shrugging out of her armor and slipping the mithral shirt over her head.

[Nerjin]

"No, I spoke correctly. Are you missing Heroics from your collection?" Vicnan's mouth twitches into a smile at the thought that he could enlighten a being as omniscient as this.
He takes the scrolls except for Heroism.

"Very well. I had assumed that you would have trouble finding the material components. However, if you are certain of your choice." The Heroism scroll is swiftly replaced by one of Heroics.

Jernak takes the silvered steel rapier "How about five javelins? Much better than the darts I have now."

"They are yours." The Curator said as said weapons were hurled into the ground next to you.

Kyle decides to take the cold iron rapier. Might as well right?

"Well now... Aren't we greedy?" The Curator seems to be amused that you took it.

"I'm a Ranger. Rangers don't waste things."

Vicnan rolls back onto his heels in thought, and then replaces Heroics.
"Summon Swarm, then?"

"You have been paid in full. If you want that spell you can either return one of the earlier scrolls or... Or you could keep an eye out for another item I'm looking for. There are several actually. Obviously I pay handsomely. If you are interested I could give you a list."

Vicnan lifts an eyebrow quizzically. "I put the Heroics scroll back. Also, what items might you be looking for?"

"So you did. Here." the requested scroll, along with another scroll marked Requests, flew into your hands "Keep that scroll with you. Whenever I have something that I wish you to acquire it will telepathically inform you that I have a request. Right now, you will note, it states "Raptor's Mask". It is part of the Regalia of the Pheonix. Only this one piece has eluded my grasp. Find the mask, touch it to the paper, then write your requested payment upon the paper. It should be obvious what happens after that."

"Yes, yes. I must say the six of you could become quite fruitful in the future. I think I'll even feel a tinge of sorrow when I retrieve my items from your corpses."
