Anthony sighs and moves to get between the two hostile groups.
"Everybody, let's calm down. I'm sure you all are somewhat weary after this... intrusion so why don't we all sit down, I can tend to the wounded and we can talk WITHOUT weapons in the building. Okay?"

((As far as I'm picturing it, we're surrounding them, so that might be a little difficult. ))

"Hold on a moment."

Climb back up to the rafters, cut the piece of wood with the rune out and break it, or, if this is not the correct way to dispel a rune, do it however it's supposed to.

Yozod grunts in agreement to Anthony's comment, before swallowing his bite of goat and speaking.

"I don't know about you all, but I was hungry before I got here, I'm even hungrier after that fight, and if I have to lift another finger, this goat might not be enough to fill me up."

For emphasis, he grabs both of the horns on the goat's head and pulls, splitting apart the skull and taking a bite out of the brain inside.

The Mira stares at Anthony for a moment, before nodding.
’No weapons. Deal. And as neither of us are armed, that would imply you drop yours.’
In the rafters, Chance draws her dagger through the rune, and the lights come back on, causing those below to squint as their eyes readjust.
’Oh, and Gunnar is not quite an ogre. It’s an easy mistake, but a mistake nonetheless.’ Without waiting, she turns and walks towards the nearest table, seating herself on the edge. She glances briefly over at the dwarf, but a look of alarm crosses her face as she realises he has been helped out during the debate. She curses, and motions Gunnar over to her, where he stands, not bothering to look for a seat.

Come down and drop my dagger.

"Well, how about introductions? Call me Chance. I reassign wealth for a living, both for me and the poor."

Anthony nods and goes over to inspect the pair's wounds.
"Much obliged miss...?"

She slid her weapons into her belt, and stood more at ease, though her eye watched the mira and... companion... unblinkingly.
"So if he is not an ogre, what is he? He appears to be diseased."
As Chance introduced themself, she shot them a questioning look. "So you are a thief? I am Ketsuki, the sword of the Saint."

"Spooner, farmer extraordinaire," says Spooner, putting his axe away for the moment. "Eh, dwarf guy, come over 'ere, eh? These people wanted to kidnap you, but now they're up for talking."

Place axe at feet and sit down if I'm not currently held down - if I am, well, resist.

"Yozod Tork. Used to be a nomad, then I was a sailor, but now I'm just a hungry ogre."

Yozod takes another bite of goat, before picking up one of the horns off of the ground and picking his teeth with it.

Spooner also begins feverishly nibbling on the goat steak he has.

’The name’s Floe, and as for Gunnar -’ She pauses for a moment. ’I suppose diseased is one way to put it. Let’s just say he has his own reasons for helping me.’ She breathes deeply before continuing, glancing at Ketsuki.
’The Saint though?I was saved by her once, many years ago.’ She looks the woman up and down, taking in the battered armour and weapons. ’I would guess you were too. What was it she taught you - the strong should defend the weak? So I put it to you, who defends the weak from the strong themselves? The golden age is ending - and yet mortals possess the power to slay multitudes of others.’ She stops once more, looking Ketsuki in the eyes.
’You wanted to know what we want? We believe we can stop that. Forever.’

"There ain't no way to stop us findin' better ways ta kill each other. There's all the incentive in the world fer us ta find better ways ta kill each other," Spooner interjects, munching on some goat. "What's yer plan, anyways? Kill magic as a thing?"
