regardless, the slime shooter will be completed, come hell or high water, which are both entirely plausible setbacks at this point.

my first quest was to seige a nemacrcors tower i killed 3 nemacrcors the got killed by a zombie fly.

Huzzah, now that saves hopefully aren't so corrupt-y, I can hopefully at least get a fort to the point where it becomes unmanageable without Dwarf Therapist (At least, unmanageable if not being driven insane by the tedium is a prerequisite for manageability) and hope that Dwarf Therapist gets an update soon.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

I've noticed significant improvements with the .02 version. Not a single crash yet, so actually playable for more than an in-game year.  :)
